We give a no obligation, fixed quotation before we start on any job (unless previously agreed). That way, you know how much everything will cost and never have to worry about hidden charges.
If you're not completely satisfied with the service you receive, let us know within seven days and we'll arrange an appointment to redo the work for no charge. We know that a happy customer is a repeat customer. That's our return and redo policy. By using Manhattan Carpet Cleaner's services, you are agreeing to these terms and accepting any results of the service excepting our "return and redo" policy listed above.
Manhattan Carpet Cleaner endeavors to bring your carpet and furniture to its top condition, however we cannot and do not guarantee the removability of any stain, nor accept responsibility for any results of the cleaning process or any associated action (including, but not limited to discoloration, damage or the persistence of stains).
It is not the responsibility of Manhattan Carpet Cleaner to ask or find out information specific to your circumstances; it is the customer's responsibility to provide such information in advance. Manhattan Carpet Cleaner is not responsible for the results of any action done to the item in question by the customer before or after Manhattan Carpet Cleaner cleaning process.
Manhattan Carpet Cleaner will not be liable for damage or injury related to their services or visit. Should any products be bought, Manhattan Carpet Cleaner accepts no liability above or outside of the value of product or service provided. Manhattan Carpet Cleaner is not responsible for typographical errors, publishing or advertising mistakes and missing components of this disclaimer. This disclaimer cannot be orally.
